Primary Care - Access to Services

Spinal Cord Injury Ontario is working with partners to ensure that primary care physicians have the requisite knowledge to better serve people with spinal cord injuries.

One such project that Spinal Cord Injury Ontario supports is the Actionable Nuggets initiative.

Another project that assists physicians is the Caring for Persons with Spinal Cord Injury eModule from the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation.

Our regional Spinal Cord Injury Solutions Alliances have also developed manuals that list accessible primary care services in the following areas:
